UPDATE, MARCH 29th: Six weeks ago, a missile destroyed this family's home in Ramat Gan while they were out. They came back to their street and saw police vehicles, rescue workers, and neighbors standing quietly outside. That’s when they understood that everything inside was gone. Now refugees in their own land, they have nothing. No food, no blankets, no essentials. They are depending on us for their next meal, for clothing, for a semblance of normalcy. Update, March 17: The family has expressed to us that they have so much hakaras hatov to those who have donated. Continued support is urgently needed for beds, mattresses, blankets, clothing and shoes for the children, backpacks and school supplies, as well as kitchen items, dishes, and basic appliances to rebuild their home. We are writing this because a family here in Eretz Yisroel is in a terrible situation and we are trying to help them.
Exactly one week ago on Wednesday morning their home in Ramat Gan was destroyed by a direct hit from a missile. The parents and 4x children weren't home at the time Boruch Hashem so they weren't injured.
Right now they are trying to figure out where they will stay and how they will replace even the most basic things for their children. This fund has been opened through Shomrei Yisroel to help this family begin rebuilding their lives. If you are able to help, even a small amount will mean a lot to them during this very difficult time.
