Dear Klal Yisroel,
On June 19th 2023, a well-known and beloved man from our community, a young father of six children ages 3-14, was imprisoned for tax evasion charges, that he did not, commit due to his identity being stolen.
We need to urgently raise $90,000 to pay legal fees and fines to get him released. If the family is not successful in raising the money, he could be in jail for years.
His wife is alone with the children and cracking under the strain. The family is very poor and doesn’t have much money as is. They have already spent one Shabbos without their father and can barely think of having this Shabbos without him.
This man’s youngest child is only three years old. We call on all of Klal Yisroel to please generously donate $500 towards the release of his captivity.
May we never hear of such tzaros again. Tizku Lmitzvos!!!
This Isn’t Just Charity,
