My name is Sari Betzalel.
My husband Aharon was recently in a horrific accident. When the car zoomed into the sidewalk, it didn’t just knock over my husband and render him disabled – possibly for life. It knocked down me and my 9 children as well.
My whole family is traumatized, and I am left with 9 tender children, who just want to talk to Abba. But right now he’s lost his memory and hearing, and we don’t know if he’ll ever be the same.
I have no time to work between all the trips to the hospital, and the debts and medical expenses are piling up. We have reached a point where we have nothing to give them to eat, not even a slice of bread with chocolate spread.
My house is falling apart, my kids are falling apart, and I’m falling apart. We desperately need funds not just for medical treatment, but to be able to feed my children, treat the mold that developed in our home this winter, and fix some of the endless collateral damage of the accident. Right now, we have nothing.
